For emergencies outside of office hours, you will be provided with a 24/7 emergency number that ensures immediate assistance at any time.
We kindly ask that you do not use e-mail for urgent matters during your trip. E-mails are only monitored during office hours, and due to a high volume of e-mail inquiries, there is a risk we may not be able to assist you in time.
Having a dedicated contact person available around the clock is one of the key advantages of travelling with us. We provide not only immediate assistance via the emergency phone, but also extensive destination knowledge, trustworthy local supplier connections and practical guidance to help you navigate unexpected situations. If you do not have a phone that works abroad, we can coordinate through your hotel reception or fellow travellers to ensure you receive timely support. Our priority is your safety, comfort and peace of mind throughout your journey.
