As a tour operator specialising mainly in self-guided tours, we put great care and effort into our travel documents. These are more than just reservations; you will receive helpful tips and detailed information about each step of the journey so you can easily explore the destinations independently – even as a first-time visitor. We aim to make travelling to the Nordics and Baltics easy and stress-free.

Frequently asked questions

The travel documents will be sent to you by e-mail after we have received your final payment. The documents will be sent approximately one month before the start of the tour (for last-minute bookings as soon as possible).

The travel documents will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when submitting your reservation. Should you wish to share the travel documents with your travel companion(s) you can simply forward the e-mails you receive from us.

The travel documents will include a detailed description of your itinerary that will make it easy for you to navigate between the different services and locations included in your trip.

The itinerary will also include departure times for all transportation and activities. Services that require a specific meeting time and place will also be clearly specified. 

You will also receive the proof of payment needed for each included service; this will either be a voucher, e-ticket or your reservation name/no. The type of proof of payment required for each service will be specified in your final itinerary.

We will also include some useful information about attractions, public transport, restaurant suggestions and more.

Please check your junk e-mail folder in case the travel documents ended up there by mistake.

Each traveller is obligated to carefully read, check and verify that the proofs of payment and travel documents are in accordance with the booking, and that the names of the travellers match the names that appear on the passports.

Reading through the final itinerary gives you the necessary information to ensure a stress-free travel experience. Missed transportation or activities due to lateness cannot be refunded and may make it difficult for you to reach your destination.
