The Romsdalen Gondola offers an unforgettable way to experience one of Norway’s most dramatic landscapes. Ride from Åndalsnes town center to the summit of Mount Nesaksla, 708 metres above sea level, in just seven minutes, and take in stunning views of the fjords and surrounding peaks.

At the summit, visit Eggen Restaurant for a memorable meal crafted from local ingredients and traditional Norwegian flavours with a modern touch, served in a relaxed setting with spectacular mountain views. The restaurant offers both lunch and dinner options (not included).
For the more active adventurer, numerous trails and gravel paths are waiting to be explored from the summit. Each hike is carefully marked to guide visitors to the best viewpoints.
Optional hike back down to Åndalsnes via a steep trail with stone steps, passing the famous Rampestreken viewpoint along the way.
