In the Nordic countries and The Baltics, 220/230 volts AC current are used. The wall outlets are European 2 pin. You can purchase a converter and transformer at most hardware stores for other appliances, as well as at the airports. Some hotels might have an adapter to borrow from reception but please don't rely on that if you need to charge technical appliances.
